Senior Recruitment Consultant – Aerospace

£24,000 - £30,000 + Commission + Incentives (OTE £70k)

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our aerospace engineering division. As a leading supplier into the avionics and aircraft modification markets, our delivery capabilities into the aerospace sector is set to expand rapidly. This position represents a key strategic hire for us as we aim to expand our current service offering and target new niches within this field.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop relationships with target customers

  • Negotiate and agree commercial terms and SLAs

  • Produce and maintain external advertising and marketing material

  • Source candidates through referrals, headhunting, targeted marketing, networking and candidate pooling

  • Screen and manage of candidate applications, providing progress updates where required

  • Conduct, document and track workflow process through the CRM

  • Arrange and lead customer meetings


Education / Personal Attributes

  • Degree essential

  • Prior exposure to supplying white collar candidates into a technical field

  • 360 recruitment experience and familiar with the sales process

  • Well-presented and comfortable working with customers face to face

  • High level of attention to detail, strong organisational qualities and confident communication style

  • Highly literate / numerate

  • Upbeat, positive and engaging personality

  • Driving licence mandatory (car not essential)
