Our client specialises in the supply of staff working within the education sector. We are looking to recruit experienced recruitment consultants with ideally with education sector knowledge .You will be joining a very friendly, dynamic team in a fast-growing company providing an exceptional service and using a professional and personable approach with clients and candidates.
You will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing potential candidates, generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships. This is a very fast paced demanding role that requires a forward thinker and someone who is willing to work hard to achieve personal and company targets.
In return for this you will receive an excellent basic salary, a very generous non-capped commission structure as well as flexible working hours & other great benefits! You will be given full training & support from our client's Recruitment Director and Office Administrator.
Requirements *Proven success in recruitment with at least 2 years' experience, whilst education sector knowledge is desirable we are keen to identify candidates with transferrable recruitment skills from other market sectors *Highly motivated, ambitious and driven by success. *Experience of maintaining and building upon excellent relationships with clients/candidates *Be highly organised and flexible with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment *Ability to manage multiple roles across disciplines and locations *A confident and relaxed telephone manner *Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credible internal and external relationships.
