This is a highly professional and consultative team that mirror and respect their market's demand for a first class service, so you will need to be an experienced Recruiter within a professional services industry if you are not already working within the Qualified Finance market. You will be smart, professional and an excellent communicator that has a consultative style but can have fun while you work.
As the market is so candidate driven you will need to be able to demonstrate great ability to build rapport with, and generate, senior level candidates who don't appreciate an over-salesy approach - instead you will have to demonstrate your knowledge of the industry to gain their trust and interest.
