A brilliant boutique firm in London, operating in the Senior Finance & CFO space, now seek a Senior Recruiter (Senior, Principal, Associate Director, to take over a practice area of great importance to the firm.
Your opportunity lies in ring-fencing a portfolio of firms (within your preferred group of verticals) and take the lead on all existing and news accounts for the supply of Senior Finance Interims. There is huge scope to develop this into both a much larger team and a more impactful role - so if you have aspirations for either people management or strategy management both routes will be made available.
In the early stages here you will be expected to work with a great deal of autonomy and with high profile clients so a strong discipline and existing level of expertise is essential. Working within a team of contemporaries who bill £300K - £500K per year, you will be in good company within a team that definitely understand the power of team collaboration.
The leadership at this firm is strong and hands on. That doesn't mean KPI bashing or breathing down necks - it means they spend most of their time placing CFO's or helping to break new clients for the team - perhaps a refreshing change for those of you in stifling corporates?
