You will have a great platform to bill at a high level as the Manager is moving in to a non billing role, so you will inherit a £200k desk that has been built up over seven years. Having the client and candidate relationships and live assignments from a Manager that will personally mentor you and ensure you hit the ground running is a rare opportunity for a proven recruiter. In order to operate successfully at this level you will have a previous background in agency recruitment, will be a great communicator capable of working with clients at Director level and a cultured collaborative approach to recruitment.
