Joining an established team of 6, you will be responsible for running your own Commercial & Office Support temp desk focusing on roles within the Cambridgeshire area. You will be gifted a portfolio of existing clients with no shortage of new roles coming in. This firm pride themselves on having over 90% of their business being repeat business with a large number of clients contacting them directly from being referred by existing clients - essentially you will have no issues in developing your client base further by simply selecting the best clients to work with!
Supported by hands on Directors who have combined over 25 years of recruitment experience, you will be working towards becoming the Team Manager of Cambridge. As the Directors look to develop other areas of the business, you will be given a clear development plan which will include 1 to 1 training from the Directors with external training courses to allow you to become a competent, confident and credible Manager. This is a really unique opportunity for a Senior Recruiter to move into Management with the support and infrastructure you would typically get from a corporate name but for an independent!
As part of your weekly activities, you are encouraged to attend local networking events and relevant exhibitions so you are not chained to your desk everyday - this consultative agency actively support you taking time to meet with all clients and candidates.
Unlike many other agencies in Cambridge, you will have immediate support from branch Administrators who will take care of any and all paperwork, including registration documents, compliance, references checks and payroll as well as specialist Resourcers who will keep a steady flow of fresh candidates available at all times - meaning more time for you to meet with clients and candidates and to just fill roles! This office operate with a true "team spirit" and are very supportive of one another, working towards to greater good of the company so nobody ever feels isolated or left out.

Recruiters who can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years experience can expect to achieve:
* Basic Salary £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
* Personal commission to 15% with zero threshold
