£28 - £38k basic + £5k bonus

Drum Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to join a multi award winning Global Media group as a Talent Acquisition and Operations Manager. Our clients first launched in 2014 and are on a path of accelerated growth, including launching new brands and commerce offerings and expanding into the US.

As a result they are looking to hire their first internal recruiter to join their team and help drive the business forward.  This role would suit a self-motivated recruiter, who is looking to expand their range of responsibilities and help build a business that is disrupting the media world.

The role:

This role will be split into 3 areas.  The primary role will be Talent Acquisition.  You will be recruiting internal staff across all sectors and seniority.  Sectors include content, commercial sales, marketing, operations and commerce.

The secondary role, when not recruiting talent, will be supporting the business with operational tasks and Content Talent Recruitment (helping the contents team in sourcing and co-ordinating social influencers, actors, models etc. for up-coming shoots.)

The person:

·         2 years + experience in Media or Ecommerce recruitment.

·         Have a strong understanding of how to headhunt key talent.

·         A quick learner with the ability to recruit and close candidates at all levels of seniority.

·         Enjoys having a wide range of responsibilities beyond recruitment.

·         Have an understanding and be a user of social media.

·         Fast working and self motivated.
