Our client, a leading multinational hotel group, is looking to add a brand new Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager to their existing team.
This role, reporting directly into the SVP of HR, this role will have fantastic exposure and will help centralise the acquisition function. The core responsibilities for the position will be to manage and select the utilised job boards, advertise the company externally and internally and to establish and manage partnerships with select Educational bodies. This role will also look after the onboarding process for the first six months of new starters.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to work for a market leader with fantastic exposure and gain genuine in-house experience.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable acquisition experience in the hospitality or hotel arena. They will also have fantastic written and oral communication skills and be expressive and articulate. They will preferably be educated to a degree level.
