Talent Acquisition Partner

London, £30,000 - £40,000, plus bonus

Our client, a London based much-loved Global brand, are looking to add to their in-house team, with a strong TA Business Partner, as the embark on a high-growth agenda.

This role will take a hands-on, practical approach to direct sourcing, whilst also working with senior individuals in the business to strategically develop the resourcing offering.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the delivery of the full life-cycle of recruitment from advertisement, screening, interviewing through to offers and onboarding.
  • Support and involvement in resourcing Strategy to ensure strong pipelines and the attraction of the best talent
  • Implementation of innovative sourcing solutions
  • Partner effectively with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to build healthy relationships
  • Contribute and manage the ATS where applicable and keep abreast of trans within the market

Required Experience:

  • Previous High volume or life cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a hospitality, retail, FMCG or similar sector.
  • Experience at hiring within different volumes
  • High energy and passion for the recruitment space and journey, with a commercial outlook and mindset
  • Ability to work autonmously with a sense of urgency
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach and a genuine problem solver
  • An understanding and approach of best practice, with a desire to develop
