Talent Acquisition Partner

London, £35,000 - £50,000

Our client are a market leader and a high growth business in the private sector who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to joing their growing team.

This role will offer a great opportunity to gain European and International exposure, as well as partnering with senior stakeholders across the business. You will have end to end responsibility for the Recruitment function for a number of business functions.

This role will work alongside a strong Recruitment team and Head of Recruitment to focus on delivery but also own and deliver on a number of recruitment projects.

Requirements:

  • Significant agency experience or a strong internal recruitment background
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a good understanding of a variety of internal business functions
  • Experience of working across a range of commercial business functions at a head office level
  • Experienced in utilising various recruitment tools.
  • Able to partner with key stakeholders and provide market insights.
