Are you a change & transformation recruitment specialist that feels held back from developing or leading your own team? If so, then this role will see you lead your own Interim division within a highly respected recruitment firm in London, earning up to 50% of billings and a transparent path to equity based Directorship!
Working in this thriving market, you will have the distinct advantage of working for a firm that has long-standing and deep candidate and client networks spanning all areas of C&I and FS. This means that while the Change & Transformation division is small enough to offer you a leadership role at a critical stage, it is not a start up and the client base is already well-developed. You and your team of fellow interim / freelance Recruiters will be filling roles from day 1 and while you will have an initial team of 2 you will have investment and backing to build the team rapidly.
The more unique element to this option is that you will have the autonomy to lead in your own style whilst still reporting to a hands-on Director who leads by example - no back office management here.
