My client is a highly respected global Search firm with an enviable reputation in the Search space. They have several practices, including a very strong Technology and Financial Services one. On the back of continued success in the search space they can see a huge opportunity to leverage this to supply Technology and Change professionals on an Interim basis/statement of work as part of their growing Interim Practice.
They are seeking an individual who has experience recruiting senior Interims within the Technology/change field, ideally into FS, but this is not essential. Either way you would need extensive knowledge of this field at a senior level to have the credibility required to operate in the senior end of this space. You may well currently be working for a Technology recruiter and be looking to step up into the world of Search and Interim Management, or be within a smaller specialist boutique and be looking for a more established brand to work with.
This is a leadership role at Director level and the opportunity to build a team/practice around you exists, however in the first instance their needs to be a build on the existing relationships. You will need to be willing to develop the relationships and the candidate portfolio, and as a result will make a significant impact in your practice, with the recognition this will ultimately bring.
The starting salary is likely to be in the region of £80-£100k base and guarantees may be offered as appropriate in the first year to support a generous commission structure. Equity is also possible in the future once value has been created.
