SALARY: £18,000-£25,000 + BONUS
· 25 Days Holiday, plus Statutory Days Holiday

Proven B2B Telesales Executive required for established and expanding local Northampton company. As a local SME we have the knowledge of how to balance work and truly enjoy life. We operate across a variety of sectors providing tailored solutions to ease our customers day to day. Our clients utilise our skills so that they can concentrate on what they do best; building their businesses.
Currently, we are looking to increase our service and brand awareness through the appointment of a B2B Telesales Executive; someone who can promote our story, generate qualified appointments and close deals.
Ultimately you will already:
· Be proven in a B2B sales role (Telesales - Internal / External)
· Display an excellent telephone manner
· Be persuasive in your demeanour to gain interest from potential clients
· Commercially effective
· Highly motivated money orientated
This role is ideal as a platform for those whom choose to develop into a client facing role where you can not only run a 360 operation be that managerial or solo.
Although we have advertised the role as a Telesales Executive you may also have held any of the following roles or worked within the following sectors: Recruitment, Estate Agent, Advertising Executive, Telemarketeer, Appointment Setter, Internal Sales, Telemarketer, Buyer, Energy, Telecomms and or Consultant.
