My client is a long established and highly regarded Construction and Civil Engineering Recruiter. They have a prestigious client base with a lot of exclusive and developed contracts. They are seeking to strengthen their management team and are looking to hire a Trades and Labour Manager to manage, develop and grow their Trades and Labour business. Their work sits primarily within Rail, construction and Civil Engineering. the business is established but has plenty of scope for growth from both existing and new contracts. You will need experience of this sector, be ambitious and be ready to take on a management role, ideally already having considerable experience. Progression prospects for the right candidate are very clear with the opportunity to assume further responsibility across their operations.
Base salary is likely to be in the range of £50-60k depending on experience, but is reflective of the quality of individual sought. Commission and package on top.
