My client is a long established and highly respected Construction and Project Engineering recruitment business. They have a mixture of blue and white collar contracts and focus mainly on larger scale projects. The business is established and an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trades and Labour manager to join to run the existing Trades and Labour team. The role will encompass making the most of existing contracts, and also winning the drive for new business and growing the team. A clear ability to drive delivery into large scale contracts is essential as my client does less 'one off' type business. You will also have responsibility for the development of the team and its performance.
Ideally you will be an experienced manager, but a senior consultant with some management experience will also be considered if you have the right mind set to step up. In such a situation full support will be given from the Operations Director.
