Our client a multi national Recruitment Firm is expanding globally it's London office and looking to bring in multiple Graduate Recruitment Consultants, it's not essential to have sales or previous experience. Just a willingness to work hard and earn money. 

Main Duties:

You will identify new opportunities, maintaining and extending relations with both clients and candidates.You will conduct market research and lead the candidate search and identification strategy. 

  • Development of active and passive candidate pipelines for existing and potential mandates
  • Active involvement in the search selection process (from evaluation to contract management)
  • Participation in candidate interviews and profile evaluation
  • Management of internal and external research tools , carrying out innovative search techniques by leveraging traditional methods and software, as well as social media
  • This is a great opportunity to join a fast moving division with unique selling points for their client base.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Graduate or up to one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the Banking/Financial Services or in a professional service/consulting related industry is advantage.
