The job of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is simple; you find candidates for your client’s vacancies in this case within the Governance sector (Audit, Risk and Compliance). You will spend a large part of the day on the phone, this will mean a lot of cold calling to win new Clients and also headhunt calls to find new Candidates.
You will earn commission on each placement you successfully make and as your network grows and you become more established within your sector your earnings will increase. Typical earnings within Recruitment are:
- Year 1 - £30,000 OTE
- Year 2 - £50,000 OTE
- Year 3 - £70,000 + OTE

Training & Development?
A 12 week programme is ran by the Directors for all new Trainee Recruitment Consultants who are joining the business. The training and development will continue throughout your career at this business from Trainee to Consultant up to Team Leader.
