Want to know more? Then read on...

The Company seeking a highly ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant

  • Startup (founded 2018) entering a prolonged growth period
  • Hire into Tech (resilient & buoyant market - Tech is always changing with strong demand for Tech jobs)
  • Growth planned for 2020 despite the pandemic
  • July 2020 was actually the best month in business despite the new normal (yes really!)
  • Provide comprehensive training for all new hires
  • Central Bristol offices
  • Track record of hiring, training & developing new hires into successful Recruiters

So what does a Graduate Recruitment Consultant actually do?

  • You'll spend 70% of the day on the phone to clients & candidates - but this isn't telesales
  • Consultative sales - helping companies attract top talent & candidates to get amazing new jobs
  • European travel to meet companies
  • Developing relationships with companies
  • Negotiating on fees
  • Interviewing & selecting candidates
  • Negotiating on packages for candidates
  • Account management

What rewards can you expect in return for your hard work? Quite alot;

  • £20,000 basic salary (a touch higher than most in Bristol)
  • Uncapped commission - you can make up to £35k in your first year, which in any other industry is pretty much unheard of
  • £50k 2nd year OTE
  • How does reaching six figures sound by year three?!
  • Incentives; you name it, they've done it - axe throwing (!), white-water rafting, pizza making, champagne lunches, or just Friday drinks (this is part of your job....crazy right).
  • 24 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
  • Company pension

Interested? Perfect. Is this you?

  • Recent Graduate OR of Graduate calibre
  • Sales or customer service would be great
  • Achievements in or out of work; have you started a small business, travelled, organised a charity event, maybe you're the 1st team Football Captain? Something that makes you unique
  • Organised - you manage your day well. Use reminder apps? Know what you need to do and know when you need to do it - we like that
  • Resilient - this is a big one. Things can and do go wrong in Recruitment. People cancel interviews, take other jobs. It's not your fault. And you need to be able to bounce back from that. After a cup of tea and a time out in the break out area. :)

Still interested? Excellent. Hit apply and we will be in touch.
