  • Proactively searching for the absolute best candidates for your roles (think Designers, Artworkers, Planners, Campaign Managers, Account Handlers and more)
  • Enriching your database of candidates, advertising, headhunting and approaching candidates on networks such as LinkedIn
  • Giving candidates advice and coaching them through the interview process
  • Making introductions to clients with the aim of securing interviews
  • Coordinating interviews with clients and candidates ensuring everyone is prepared
  • Gaining useful feedback from both parties after the interview
  • Helping to negotiate offers and contracts
  • Working to your own and and contributing to team targets

So what is it you need?

  • Educated to degree level – and/or; paid work experience in a sales or B2B environment or perhaps a short spell in recruitment
  • Competitive nature (you might have examples of competitive sports, exceptional grades, previous work experience etc.)
