Drum Recruitment are looking for driven, innovative and dynamic language speakers looking to start a successful career as a Trainee Recruitment consultant.  Our client is a group of award winning recruitment companies that include the fastest growing IT technology & engineering Recruitment Company in the UK and companies listed on the Virgin Fast Track 100 and the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to Work For.  Internationally focused, over 40% of the company’s business is outside the UK, with a strong focus on the German and Benelux market.

We are looking for French or German speaking recent Graduates who have some previous commercial or B2B sales experience. You need to be confident, ambitious and hardworking, with a proven track record of success (i.e. proved through a combination of academics, sport, music, work or even entrepreneurial exploits.)

The role

This is a full 360 degree consulting position that will involve both generating candidates (advertising, head hunting, referrals etc.) and generating clients (cold/warm calling, client meetings, leads etc.) whilst leveraging off our clients extensive database and working with experienced professionals who can pass on knowledge and expertise.

About you:

  • Graduated from University ideally with a 2:1 or above.
  • A recent graduate with some B2B sales experience (i.e. B2B Telesales, Sales negotiators, customer service or people with direct sales experience) or commercial work experience.
  • A proven track record of success (i.e. proved through a combination of academics, sport, music, work or even entrepreneurial exploits.)
  • Fluent in both English and French or German.
  • Outstanding organisational skills.
  • Ambition and ‘go-getting’. Passionate about Recruitment.
  • Excellent communications skills – natural conversationalist, engaging, with the ability to form strong relationships.
  • Innovative and dynamic.
  • Driven to succeed, with a high level of ambition/competitive edge.
  • Resilience – ability to handle pressure.
