Joining now will allow you to work with a small group of cohorts to complete your initial training before progressing on to manage your own clients and candidates within a specialist area of HR.

Your role as a trainee recruitment consultant in training will include:

  • In the first 12 weeks, you will be immersed in an intensive programme delivered by leaders and supported by manuals, activities ands quizzes
  • 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring on demand
  • By the end of the 12 weeks, you will have learned how to build and develop client relationships, how to find and engage great candidates, how to arrange interviews how to negotiate terms, how to manage your time and everything you need to understand about your market.
  • Each week you will be given specific activities to complete that make use of that week’s training module – putting everything you have learned straight into practice

The role of a Recruitment Consultant requires:

  • A proactive nature – not every job or candidate will just come to you!
  • The ability to influence people
  • A natural talent for building rapport with new people
  • A collaborative nature – this company believe in team first
  • A background in HR or a relevant degree and/or previous sales / B2B experience
  • Ability to be coached and take on feedback
  • Rapid learning ability
  • Strong communication skills

If this sounds like you, you can expect to achieve:

  • Initial Base salary of £22K - £25K
  • First-year earnings of £35K - £50K (average)
  • Second-year earnings £55K – 70K (average)
