Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Recruitment

Salary: £20,000-£25,000 Basic + uncapped commission (1st year OTE of £50,000+)

We are recruiting for a large organisation which offers amazing incentives, such as market leading commission, a company car scheme, and all expensed paid trips to Ibiza, Las Vegas and New York.


The Company:

The company is a high-end, market leading recruitment consultancy firm located in the heart of Manchester. They are looking for highly driven, ambitious graduates or sales professionals to join their team of top performing consultants. Existing, top billing consultants are currently earning £100k-£250k a year. They have offices all over the world including London, Manchester, Singapore, New York, LA and Hong Kong.

The have a good balance between work ethic and ambition with an exciting social side, often hosting huge office parties and taking consultants on all expenses paid holidays to Ibiza and New York. If this sounds like the sort of business you want to join, then please apply below.

 The role:

Recruitment is a direct sales role, which entails various aspects and different skills, you will receive first class on the job training to able to manage the 360 recruitment cycle. These include;

  • Business development
  • Maintaining relationships with clients
  • Writing up job adverts and headhunting
  • Qualifying candidates and guiding them through the interview process
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals


The attributes required:

  • A recent Graduate from a Top University
  • OR a minimum of 6 months sales experience
  • Strong work ethic, driven and ambitious
  • Confident and personable over the phone and face to face, you must be competent to handle conversations with the likes of CEO’s and Directors
