You will need to be interested in developing a career in recruitment. You will need an excellent telephone manner, a strong educational background, maturity and a high level of confidence. Whilst not a direct sales role, you will need sales skills as a lot of the work involved will be contacting candidates regarding opportunities. This role would suit someone who has experience in a role such as telesales, working in the Banking/Retail sector or other customer orientated environment.
This position will not suit people looking for their first job, as a high level of confidence and gravitas will be required. Indeed, the role may well appeal to returning mums, or people with a significant career history as well as 'second jobbers'.
If you are outgoing and enjoy working with people, have a strong telephone manner, then this may suit. Salary will be dependant on experience but is likely to be in the region of £20-£28. Opportunities to progress either within the research team or to move into a consultants role will be merit based, but are abundant.
Full training will be provided in a very grown up and professional environment. As my client works at the senior end of the market, this is a stable and mature team. Experienced researchers are also going to be well suited for the role, the level of which would be adjusted based on previous experience.
