As a boutique business, this company have already invested way above the norm in developing and creating a robust training programme - what they need now is someone to deliver it!
Based in London but with some additional travel to two regional locations, you will running quarterly training academies working 1-2-1 with a team of 4-6 Consultants each quarter to complete their initial 12 week training programme.
Blending formal class-room style training with on the desk coaching, your new recruits will work with you directly to perfect their new skills and achieve their probation goals before graduating into the right team within the business. Ultimately your goal is to achieve as high a graduation rate as possible to enable the company's business growth plans.
While your primary focus will be to own and develop the academy training programme you will also be responsible for delivering adhoc training sessions to the wider team and the graduated academy hires for more advanced workshops to enhance their performance. Topics may include:
This role is open to bright and engaging Recruiters with experience of developing and managing Trainees who have a real passion for developing talent. You don't have to have held a training role in the past but you will be someone that inspires confidence and can provide the energy and passion needed to run a successful training academy.
Reporting to the Directors this role offers a great deal of autonomy in a non-corporate yet still professional setting in a stunning office space in the City.
