An Aberdeen based recruitment consultancy is looking to hire an experienced and dynamic recruiter to join their executive search & selection function. They are well known throughout the market for their approach and their success. As such they now require an individual of exceptional calibre to assist in further building the desk and the brand.
Our client is a market leader within search & selection - covering markets such as Oil & Gas, Engineering, Accountancy and numerous other senior appointments. This is a management role and therefore the ideal candidate will be the type of personality able to work and bill independently and lead by example.
This is a demanding role and as such the ideal candidate must have at least 18months recruitment experience, with a significant portion of this being within an executive search & selection environment. The successful applicant must be able to prove a successful track record of generating and maximising relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Base salary will be above industry norms with a lucrative and generous commission scheme. Company benefits can include car allowance, expensed company mobile and gym membership.
