My client is a world leader in recruitment and their Amsterdam office is enjoying phenomenal success within their core markets. With continued, planned expansion, they are now seeking to strengthen the Banking & Financial Services team by recruiting an additional, experienced Consultant.
You will be responsible for your own client relationships, focussing on a range of strategically important issues and providing a key point of contact between clients and candidates by ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained.
You will have a proven sales background and ideally 1-2 years previous recruitment experience specialising in the area of Banking and Financial Services and a strong track record of account management and business development.
You will ideally speak fluent English and Dutch and will have a successful track record in permanent or contract recruitment into blue-chip organisations within the Dutch market.
