Our client is an established recruitment organisation operating within Australia. With over 10 years of enviable success, our client is currently under going significant development across the whole organisation with expansion and business development ongoing throughout 2006. As part of this development, our client currently has exceptional opportunities for senior recruitment managers.
The role will entail the management and development of the already successful accountancy division based in Sydney. The division is commerce and industry focused, placing the entire spectrum of candidates from entry level in to SME's through to senior finance directors into large multinationals.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have exceptional experience within the commerce and industry sector of accountancy recruitment at a management capacity. The successful candidate will also have a strong desire to move into a highly successful organisation that can offer unrivalled career progression and seeks to develop staff to their full potential whilst at the same time moving away from the micro-managed style of recruitment.
