Badenoch and Clark have an opportunity for a Key Accounts Consultant to join us at our city location. The role available with involve managing a small selection of prestigious client accounts where there is a steady supply of job roles coming in. You will be recruiting professionals within the Accountancy and Finance marketplace and placing them on a permanent basis. A key element of the role will involve managing crucial business relationships with clients and networking through the accounts effectively to maximise business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have some level of recruitment experience already and this will preferably include exposure to the Accountancy and Finance specialism or other professional markets. Ideally you will have recruited into large key client accounts where there have been a multiple business needs .You will possess natural drive and a desire to succeed; the role is tremendously fast paced and would suit an innovative individual who can thrive under pressure. Interpersonal skills are essential as there is a need to strike up / develop relationships at all levels of seniority.
This role has materialised due to growth and an increased need to build upon our permanent offering to our key clients. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a tight team with huge potential to grow further in 2012.
