Our Edinburgh based client is actively seeking a senior recruiter to join their ever busy banking desk. This consultancy is up amongst the market leaders due to their extensive experience and knowledge of the banking markets among others.
They have an excellent and far reaching reputation, built on an understanding of the needs of both clients and candidates. Having spent years growing the business, they are still in a position for further expansion, and as such require a talented and experienced banking recruiter to join their team.
The role will involve building the desk further through business development, candidate generation and maintaining the existing portfolio of client relationships. In doing so, you will be furthering the company brand and be in an ideal position to make your mark within the market place.
You will need to have at least 18months recruitment experience within the banking/investment banking/funds sectors to be considered for this role, preferably with some experience of a senior recruiter's role. Progression is encouraged and can be swift for the right candidate.
Hard work and success is expected, and as such it will be well rewarded with a generous base salary above industry norms, a lucrative commission scheme and many other company benefits which can include gym membership, expensed mobile phone and car allowance.
