An excellent opportunity for a recruitment manager currently exists within the Tokyo office to drive and develop their team of recruitment consultants in the Accountancy and Finance sector. This role will incorporate the management of business levels, strategic planning of future business direction, client development and team supervision etc, whilst at the same time managing and developing your own client portfolio.
The successful candidate must have a number of years experience within the accountancy and finance recruitment sector preferably within a management capacity, however, candidates with sufficient experience of this sector who have not yet had the opportunity to manage will be considered for this role. You should have experience of working in the Tokyo market or be able to demonstrate an understanding of Japanese business practices.
