Our client is a leading, privately owned recruitment consultancy based in fantastic West End offices. It specialises in placing Change Management professionals in investment banks and consultancies and is experiencing tremendous year on year growth.
It has an excellent client base and is on a number of leading PSLs.
The company is looking for a recruitment consultant to join its permanent recruitment team in a team leadership capacity. This is a billing role with the added responsibility of motivating, inspiring and leading a team of extremely talented recruitment consultants and being part of the team which will decide the future direction and growth of the team.
This role will suit a recruitment consultant with an in-depth knowledge of the financial services recruitment market who wants to move to a quality driven recruitment consultancy which has ambitious expansion plans and offers experienced recruitment consultants a supportive yet KPI free environment. Ideally the successful recruitment consultant will have experience of the Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management or Business Analysis recruitment sectors.
