Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Headhunter - London - to c£23k + bonus
Our client is a recently established Financial Services recruitment consultancy based in London. It is run by highly experienced recruitment consultants and has ambitious but realistic expansion plans. To facilitate this it needs to hire graduate trainee recruitment consultants
The company is looking for graduate trainee recruitment consultants to concentrate on headhunting potential candidates to ensure a constant flow of quality candidates for the teams of front line recruitment consultants.
Ideally you will be a graduate with some sales experience. You will be driven, ambitious and have a polished telephone manner.
The scope of this role is boundless, you will benefit from one on one training with highly experienced financial services recruitment consultants and it is envisaged that you will be promoted to be a recruitment consultant with three to six months. From then on you can be master of your own destiny with unlimited commission available and genuine career prospects.
