Head of Research/Candidate Generation – London – Excellent Package C.£45k + bonus + exc bens Our client is a leading London based recruitment consultancy which has an international network of offices. The company has an urgent requirement for someone to help build its research desk. The primary function of the research team will be to identify and approach newly qualified accountants and turn them into candidates for the Commerce and Banking/Financial Services recruitment team. As the Manager of the team you will also be heavily involved in recruiting trainee researchers, training them and ensuring that they are ready to move into other teams as recruitment consultants. Working closely with the Heads of Commerce and Banking Recruitment you will KPIs for your team to ensure the target candidate flow is reached very month. This is a challenging, exciting role within a global recruitment consultancy. Ideally you will have experience of managing a team of researchers or you may be an experienced recruitment consultant who is looking to move away from a client facing recruitment role.
