Overview My client has increased growth year on year since being established in 2001 and today employs 31 consultants. Projected turnover will increase to £10m during the next financial year and this growth has predominately come from our strength within the construction and engineering sectors. They launched a new five year business plan (April 2007 – April 2012) and at the same time an EMI Share option scheme to reward all top consultants for their performance and commitment. With turnover targeted to be £20m - £25m in just under five years will see a capital event take place I.e. float, merge or sale. Whatever the capital event each member of staff will realise a tremendous return on the EMI share options they have secured. This capital event will at the same time propel my clieny into the Top 5 Technical Recruiters. Opportunity With the growth of the business comes genuine career opportunity. My client is always looking to identity the future managers, team leaders, divisional managers and directors of the business so all members of staff benefit from a personal development plan, which will map out their future within the organisation. As an SME looking to continue our rapid growth we have budgeted to recruit 9 additional recruitment consultants in this quarter and as many as 11 over the next 9 months. We are already well established within construction and engineering sectors, but within this diverse field exists many markets which we have identified will broaden our sector coverage and offer us massive growth opportunities. Key Points Established under 6 years ago and already up to £8m turnover with a 25% increase targeted over next financial year EMI Share options – Staff earn equity based on their performance. Excellent rate of retention and stability in 6 years only 2 senior consultants have ever left the business!Every member of staff receives a PDP, mapping out their career path to Principal, Management or even directorship. Excellent commission structure where average Senior billing of £21k per month returns £83,500 per annum and just £5k more per month will earn a senior £104,140 per annum! Target hitting team leaders have car options including Porsche Boxters, Range Rover Sports and a variety of mercs and BMW's. Senior's and principals receive 5% Quarterly Bonus on their individual billing All senior consultants benefit from the support of a dedicated resourcer My client is independently owned, has no debts and is financially soundWorking across the technical field with all the leading companies and on all the PSL's etc. Various monthly incentives, competitions and team events Remuneration & Benefits Consultants up to £25k Senior up to £26,500 Principals up to £30k Team Leaders up to £35k Package Seniors upwards receive BUPA, Pensionand Life cover Commission structure £2,500 threshold then commission up to 22% depending on monthly billing.5% Bonus paid on quarterly billing.
