Job Description

My client is one of biggest Finance recruiters in the UK, and is part of one of the largest Recruitment Groups in the world.

They are currently undergoing a massive expansion of their Public Sector operation, and require a Senior Consultant to inherit a hot desk.

You will be dealing with clients with whom long standing relationships are already in place; business is called in constantly, and currently there aren't enough consultants to deal with the demand. This role will afford you a great deal of autonomy. There is no micromanagement and KPIs are kept to a bare minimum.

My client is interested in proven billers who can thrive in an environment where the use of initiative is not only encouraged, but is completely vital. As a Senior Consultant, you will be in line to very quickly progress through to management level if you wish.
