THE COMPANY AND THE JOB

You will be working with a team of experienced, seasoned consultants who hold strong relationships with a number of key enviable clients across the APAC region. This company's business methodology is to use senior consultants to win clients who are then passed over to account managers who are required to build the account and deliver to requirements.

You will be expected to work alongside the consultants in spotting opportunities for account development, more importantly you will be expected to work candidate side and delivering quality talent to a myriad of companies right across the Asia region. A large part of this role requires intelligently market mapping, ensuring that you have your target audience firmly within your sights and this data is well represented on the inhouse database. This role requires sharp headhunting skills and a highly proactive approach to candidate generation. Additional responsibilities include wining and dining, this is a social role, assisting the consultants to write profiles and co ordinate with clients and candidates in organizing interviews, taking feedback, taking references etc.

This is a highly dynamic role with true international reach. The firm is an international agency targeting a niche market; they are renowned for their support infrastructure and the investment that they make in staff, training, mentoring and development.

ABOUT YOU

You will either be a consultant preferring to work in a more dynamic environment but on the candidate side, or you will be a senior researcher looking for a step up. In both cases you will be lateral thinking in your approach to candidate generation and will be a tenacious proactive headhunter. You will understand how to map a market and build deep roots into communities through intelligent and professional relationship building. You will be detail driven; you will understand the importance of maintaining a thorough well defined database. You will be prepared to go the extra mile as and when workloads demand.
