Managing Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy, Commerce and Industry

Dublin, Ireland

Base Salary up to 50k OTE uncapped + Excellent Benefits.

 

One of Dublins oldest and most established recruitment consultancies seeks an experienced recruiter to come on board as part of the management team. Our client is a multinational firm held in high regard throughout the market place as financial, banking and accountancy specialists and as such, are still looking to expand and enhance their brand throughout the world.

 

Set in fine offices is Dublin 2, this consultancy offers a fantastic working environment and support network for their staff. The role itself will consist of the management and further development of a warm desk in the accountancy and commerce sector. Initially, the successful applicant will be managing one other consultant, with the opportunity to build a team in tandem with the success of the desk.

 

The ideal candidate will therefore have at least 18 months experience, with management experience a must. This role requires generating both client and candidate relationships, and so you must have a proven track record of doing so in previous roles. You must be capable, determined and thrive on a challenge.
