Recruitment Consultant- Banking / Financial Services Manager
Dublin, Ireland
Base salary neg. depending on experience - OTE uncapped + Benefits.

A leading Irish recruitment consultancy is actively seeking an experienced recruitment consultant from a banking or financial services background to join their busy Dublin team. Our client has an excellent reputation in the market place for their approach to both candidates and staff; as such they are now in a position to expand further into the market.

The role will primarily involve maintaining client and candidate relationships as well as establishing new ones in order to further the growth of the desk in this competitive market place. Attention to detail is essential is order to understand the needs of all parties and reach an outcome to consolidate brand reputation.

You will be inheriting a talented and successful team of recruiters from a varied background and will be expected to lead by example, both in a management and a sales capacity. This is a demanding yet rewarding role therefore there is a support network in place in order to allow the successful candidate to hit the ground running.

In order to be considered for the role, you must have at least one year's recruitment industry experience and at least 6 months of this spent recruiting into the banking or financial sector and a significant amount of time spent in a management capacity.
