Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy
Dublin, Ireland
Base salary up to 38k - OTE uncapped + Benefits.

One of Dublin's most respected SME consultancies is looking for a talented and experienced Accountancy recruiter to join their busy and expanding desk. Over the last few years, this consultancy has built up a reputation for being a market leader through their sector knowledge and industry expertise. They are known for their ability to understand client and candidate needs, and therefore always deliver sound staffing solutions.

The role will involve the further development of the accountancy desk, focussing not only on the maintenance of existing relationships but also generating and building new ones. You will be recruiting fully qualified accountants for positions across industry sectors and as such it will be necessary for you to have a sound knowledge of the Irish marketplace.

In order to be able to apply for this position, you must have at least one year's recruitment industry experience with a significant portion of this spent within accountancy recruitment. You must also be able to demonstrate high standards of performance in previous sales driven recruitment roles, both in sourcing candidates and developing business.

Success will be well rewarded with a strong and rapid career path as well as a generous remuneration package. Base salary will be above industry norms with a generous and lucrative commission structure. Benefits can include car allowance, expensed mobile phone and gym membership.
