Recruitment Consultant - Accountancy
Dublin, Ireland
Base salary neg. depending on experience - OTE uncapped + Benefits.

A top tier SME recruitment consultancy based in luxury Dublin 2 offices, is searching for an experienced and dynamic recruiter to add to their busy accountancy division. Our client has grown steadily in recent years and is now enjoying their position among the market leaders of this sector.

The role will involve essentially maintaining existing relationships with clients and candidates as well as using creative approaches to generating new relationships. In order to do this, the ideal candidate will be assertive and determined to make a mark in the market and as such effectively further the company brand.

This company is well known for their commitment to achieving results and for their understanding approach to both client and candidate needs. They go the extra mile to understand the details of the roles, and as such you must be the type of individual that is used to paying attention to detail in a sales driven environment.

To be considered for this role therefore, you must have at least one year's recruitment experience with significant experience recruiting into the accountancy sector. There will be a support network available through the experienced team you will be joining; however, in order to be a success you must have a strong knowledge of the recruitment industry.
