The Package:
Basic salary up to 25K + superb OTE (potentially double your salary in first year). The Recruitment Role:
Working within these Financial Temps Recruitment Consultant roles you will be required to grow personal and team fees by developing volume of business, margin, consistent with company targets while providing quality service to both clients and candidates.
Motivate and retain people, deliver sales results, coordinate and develop business.
Ensure that the sales support function meets all the needs of the business and the team.
