Kelly Services are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment/Resourcing Consultant to join their clients expanding team in their new offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company established around 15 years ago who deliver and define projects that add tangible value to their clients. The company is team-orientated and friendly; the culture is relaxed, informal, entrepreneurial, but always professional.
They are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their fast paced Resourcing team where the management are passionate about the growth and success of the company.
Having recently won new contracts, the Resourcing team are flourishing and require an additional member of staff to join them in being successful.
The successful candidate will need to be an experienced Recruitment Consultant perhaps looking to step away from the sales side of recruitment and in to more of a candidate management/resourcing position.
Main Duties:
Resourcing candidates from various internet based search tools
Thoroughly telephone interviewing candidates to ensure suitability
Advertising positions on various job boards and social media (Linked in)
Responding to advertisement applications promptly
Arranging interviews for candidates, ensuring all are followed up
Working effectively to submit candidates to clients agreed timescales
Ensuring candidate information is updated on the database regularly
Ensuring all candidates are compliant before starting contracts
Answering queries from candidates and responding promptly
Advising the Resourcing Manager of any issues
Experience and Skills Required:
Previous recruitment experience gained within a professional services recruitment consultancy or agency
Experience of interviewing and speaking with candidates at a high level (ideally £30,000+)
Experience of recruiting for the Banking sector an advantage
Knowledge of FSA guidelines an advantage
The ability to work to tight deadlines
