Recruitment - Recruitment Consultant - Finance - Birmingham

The Package:
Competitive basic salary up to 25K plus excellent OTE. Holiday entitlement is around 22 days plus many other company incentives.

The Person Spec:
Due to planned growth an opening has arisen for Recruitment Consultant to join one of most highly regarded recruitment consultancies on the market. Working within a fast paced environment, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle. You need a natural sales ability, be hardworking, enthusiastic and have drive, initiative and ambition to succeed.

Your role will be to provide a professional and efficient service to clients and candidates establishing strong working relationships with key business stakeholders.
