Recruitment Consultant - Leeds, £18-26K OTE £35-40K Your Profile Fast-paced recruitment consultants needed! Are you a recruitment consultant with proven experience in sales or recruitment? You should enjoy working as part of a professional and exciting team and in an up and coming branch where you can really make your mark in recruitment. You will be sales driven, an excellent communicator and good at building rapport as this is a competitive marketplace where determination and tenacity is key. Sales people with any level of experience will be considered as long as you have shown self motivation and progression in your career so far. The Role Working as a recruitment consultant you will be developing close links with local and national businesses you will work in partnership with your clients, whilst consulting and acting as an advisor to your candidates. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle within this new division, with more than realistic opportunities to manage teams in the near future!
