If you have any knowledge of the Recruitment Industry and/or experience in customer service, we want to hear from you.

Day-to-day duties
- Providing Help desk support to UK and international customer base through email tickets and telephone
- Ownership and management of all calls taken, including responsibility for the resolution
- Logging of calls taken and provision of 1st level technical support
- Supporting customer help documentation
- Operating the customer management system
- Training customers with online demonstrations
- Occasional travel and onsite work

Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry (Ideal)
- Attention to detail
- Articulate, creative, good written and oral communication
- Well planned and highly organised
- Work well under pressure
- Outstanding listening skills
- Self motivated and able to work alone
- Project planning skills / deadlines
- Honest, determined, proactive
- Warm and personable
- Great on the phone
