Our client is a privately owned recruitment consultancy which specialises in placing a broad range of media personnel in a variety of industries including newspapers, new media, broadcast, outdoor and cinema. It has an excellent reputation within the media recruitment industry and is looking to hire a number of trainee recruitment consultants to specialise in placing people in the media, predominately in media sales.
The company takes the training of its trainee recruitment consultants very seriously and every trainee recruiter will be put on an intensive training course as soon as they join the company, they will also benefit from the ongoing training that all the company’s recruitment consultants receive every year.
Ideally you will be a graduate with some business sales experience, although the company is more interested in your sales ability and ambition rather than your education. You must be, however, very well presented and articulate and want to work with a company which will generously reward your successes and efforts.
