THE COMANY AND THE JOB

Our client is a niche IT into Banking recruitment agency that punches way above their weight in terms of client relationships. The two directors have significant experience in this market and after significant tenure in this sector they have established themselves on some enviable supplier lists 

There is more business than can be managed with high margin contract and permanent vacancies being called in every day. Your role will be to manage their corporate accounts with a remit to develop them as well as delivering into accounts across the board. You will report into and work directly with the main directors. This is a great opportunity to enjoy the pace and energy of recruitment without the sales element whilst maintaining a very healthy earning opportunity.

ABOUT YOU

You will have 6months plus IT recruitment experience. The firm can also accommodate a highly experienced consultant looking for a more account management driven role in which case you have proven candidate management skills.
