Due to significant expansion within the London business development team and further integration with the Hays City brand, Hays Finance Technology are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join their contract division.
You role will be to focus or two or three existing key clients and to business develop within these accounts. You will recruit all contract technology roles across the board within these banks. You will manage all aspects of the recruitment process including both the client and candidate side and will generate many of your candidates by market mapping and headhunting.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre having undertaken a technical degree such as Business Systems Management or Computer Science. You will have gained some basic experience in recruitment or sales and will be hungry to succeed. You will be highly motivated, process driven, will have first class communication skills and will have the ability to perform in a pressurised environment.
