This top tier recruitment organisation is currently having a restructure due to internal promotion and has a need for a manager to come on board to head up the Banking team. With 6 recruiters and a number of support personnel you will need to have experience in managing combined with an understanding of the Banking market preferably having a billing history within the sector however not vital.
This is a role with an organisation that has a strong brand within the banking space you will need to have the gravitas to deal with individuals at all levels of the banking market. You will have at least 4 years recruitment experience and be in a position to relocate as soon as possible.
