The Kingdom
of Bahrain has it all,
its a nice place to live and work & was quoted by my client as being a
hidden secret. In a region experiencing an oil boom, Bahrain is one of the fastest
growing economies if not the most in the Arab world, plenty of banks and
financial institutions as well as Construction to aid the growth of the region.
Obviously, in line with the strong presence
of the regions business there is a need for experienced consultants to service
the Banking, Oil & Gas and Construction industries. My client is a privately owned recruitment
business with offices in the Bahrain
and Dubai which
operate in both a retained and non- retained search method where the consultants
work their own vertical.
CONSTRUCTIONmy client has started to build business within
this sector but the desk is relatively cold and requires an all round
consultant to come in and develop it further. There is TOB agreed and clients
waiting with assignments to give you. You will be given the tool to do your
role as well as tons of advertising space but will need to headhunt and network
to attract candidates. You will be client facing too so excellent communication
and presentation skills are important.
OIL & GAS You can be based in Bahrain or Dubai, its a new desk so needs and experienced O&G recruiter to come in and develop it. Like the Construction desk there are clients who can be developed and the partners of the business have O&G contacts who can be tapped into just needs the right person to hit the desk ! !
You will be working across the region but mainly focused on
local business such as Bahrain
& Qatar
possibly tapping into other GCC regions as it grows.
BANKING
& FINANCE with so many institutions already in the
region & in excess of 10,000 people who work in the Bahrain finance
industry its a great opportunity.

TRAINING
/ PROGRESSION
The
structure is quite flat but the partners want people to turn to them and say
OK, I have proved myself her, how about we open there - are you that entrepreneurial person ? ? ?
Training
is at your desk, you will be helped to learn about and adapt to the region and
understand the culture and intricacies of the middle east but this company
dont want trainees who have to be taught how to sell or tie up offers
PACKAGE: from
18000 to 25000 DHM pm + commission +
relocation +bonus etc + healthcare and annual flights home, good holidays etc
